Return Eligibility

Returns can be requested within 7 days of the date of delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition.
- All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
- A valid order number or proof of purchase is required to process the return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Innerwear and intimate wear.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Gift cards and promotional items.

Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable.
- Items that have been used, washed, damaged, altered, or returned without original tags.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly share:
- Order Number
- Product images
- Package images
- Unboxing video (if available)
Our team will verify the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
Return Process
- Contact our customer support with your Order ID.
- Once your request is approved, return instructions will be shared.
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
- Our courier partner will arrange a pickup (where service is available). If pickup is unavailable, you may be requested to self-ship the product.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes our quality inspection.

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after verification.
- Shipping charges, COD charges, and convenience fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- If the requested size or product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
Return Rejection
Returns may be rejected if:
- The product is used, washed, damaged, or missing tags.
- The return request is raised after the eligible return period.
- The item does not meet our return eligibility criteria.
