We currently ship across India.
If your location is serviceable by our courier partners, your order will be delivered to your doorstep.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines are:

4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout before payment.
- Free shipping offers, if available, will be automatically applied as per the promotional terms.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

- SMS/WhatsApp notification (where available)
- Tracking Number and Courier Details

6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will make multiple delivery attempts.
If the customer is unavailable or the delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch requests.
7. Address Changes
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order.
Address changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been shipped.
8. Delayed Deliveries

9. Damaged or Open Packages
If your package appears damaged, tampered with, or opened at the time of delivery:

- Take clear photos of the package.

10. Lost Shipments

11. International Shipping
Currently, D2D Fashion ships only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
